The last post I could see regarding this was from 2007, and that was for Chiang Rai...

Does anyone know of any parkour/freerunning training clubs or spots around Pattaya, or the surrounding areas?

@stoneyboy - Exactly. Would look better on Pattaya News if a falang was launched off his balcony, but performed a flip and started running down the wall to escape brilliantly lol

I could easily do some freerunning in December/January when the climate is cooler.

Seems to be a fun way of staying fit.

Every now & again I see fellas running in groups down the sois off Beach Rd.

Very entertaining lot who skip traditional sports wear for stiletoes & sparkly dresses.

Might be worth your while asking them.

They seem to do their warm-ups most evenings on the Beach Rd & seem keen to add to their numbers
