How recent do bank statements need to be when applying for ILR? how far back do they require? I would assume the previous 6 months.

The form simply says 'recent.' I'd go for the last 6 months.

My gas and electric ,water ,wage slips are all through e documents all official .

Will this be accepted ?

From the introduction to Section 11 of Form SET(M)

Unless stated, they must be originals.

For evidence of your finances, I am fairly sure that provided your pay slips match the payments into your bank then you will be ok; unless you only get electronic statements from the bank.

In which case, I advise having your employer certify the pay slips as correct and your bank doing the same with your bank statements.

For evidence of cohabitation, you only need documents from three separate sources; do you not have any which are originals?

Alternatively, you can use the printouts and submit the application via the settlement checking service and see if they accept them.

Am with British gas and the account was a paperless one for a cheaper rate .

I've moved recently and they sent me a statement which looks like my print off statements .

My water bill are originals as well of my bank statements .

I will book the checking service tomorrow .
