Villa California has a lot of empty units (15,000 per month up), actually in Bangkadi (other side of the river from Pathum). Short drive / taxi ride from the centre.

15 000 bath per month would be great. I heard about the California village. Is this a nice place, is there any "busy walking street" nearby (my wife would like to open a hair salon, she has one already...)?
