Villa California has a lot of empty units (15,000 per month up), actually in Bangkadi (other side of the river from Pathum). Short drive / taxi ride from the centre. What's your price range? "I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

I heard about the California village. Is this a nice place, is there any "busy walking street" nearby (my wife would like to open a hair salon, she has one already...)? Maybe you got some contacts of house owners there?
