Cloud seeding

Does anyone know if the government still has the cloud seeding program that help bring rain for farmers still on going ?

I have not seen nor heard of this program being used in Thailand this year. I remember several years ago, it was advertised frequently on TV. The planes would fly out of Ubon and seemed to be pretty successful bringing rain. It is almost the middle of June and the farmers still have not planted their rice crop due to the lack of rain. According to farmers around Ubon, this is one of the worst dry spells they can remember. Most of the ponds around here are dried up. It just seems like the cloud seeding done in years past helped.
