Best way to find a reasonable short-term let?

We're looking to rent a 1 bedroom condo for 2 months starting late june. Needs to be fully furnished, with a swimming pool, and very near to song taew routes. Any suggestions on the best way to find a place? We're happy to put down a deposit, and are very good tenants (Mainly will be the Thai Boss-Lady, one of her sisters, and the Mini-Monkey, but I'll swing into town for about 10 days as well) We're happy to pay--just not through the nose :)

We have a few options that we're currently looking at around the 15k range, but The Boss Lady feels they're too pricey, and would like to get closer to 10k--palaya kee neow mak mak!

Yes

I used to get them weekly and there was far more in them than housing. for the housing you would generally deal with the owner.

They had a bit of every thing in them.

Enjoyed them but for some reason am not getting them any more.

Just goggled them and got hooked up again.

Try Green Hill Place serviced apartments. Nice pool, small gym good for kids and a walk to Maya Mall

The units in their newest building are quite spacious and nicely appointed, and yes it is conveniently located. However the walls between units are thin and sounds from the adjoining unit can be clearly heard. There is a karaoke bar on adjacent land and a condo under construction next door. And the WiFi service is poor.

This assessment is based on experiences of a friend who stayed there for six months.
