Last night Dave was not around. Ordered a large pizza with sundried tomatoes, they brought

out a pizza with fresh cherry tomatoes cut in half and thrown on the pizza before they threw it in the oven.

The whole thing just got soggy and fell apart. If they had just come back and said no more sundried we

would have changed the order. I guess when the boss is away anything goes. Oh, but did see the younger

farang chef so...people make your own conclusions.

Tell the management before you eat it. If Dave was not there, there was somebody there in charge, perhaps his wife. Posting this kind of thing is lame​ inappropriate if you have not taken it up with the management first.

totally lame. you should have resolved it there and not on the Internet. David or his wife or the manager can all be reached by telephone. all you had to do was ask.

No place is perfect they will have the off night on occasion, if its not what you ordered send it back.

As you state, you did see the younger chef....... did you take the problem up with him and what was the result? If you didn't take it up with him,,,, to whom did you state that you had a problem and what was the response?

I know David and it is my opinion that he is the finest restaurateur in Chiang Mai. If you didn't get your problem solved to your satisfaction, ask to talk to him...explain to him and see the results. Then post that result here on the forum. If you do not then I for one think that you just like to see your name in print and your post is worthless. Now you've taken a difficulty you have with his restaurant and maligned him and his restaurant. Go see or call him and give him a chance to make it right. Then post your results. If nothing is done then post that...... However I don't think Dave will let it pass by if you are being straight.
