Interesting that Nikki Beach Club sponsors this video. They are on the chopping block too..

I remember when the California private property owners closed the beach access trails, as a surfer i was shut out of good waves. The state formed a coastal commission and opened these up and found many of these land owners were poaching on public land and they were forced to demolish these oversights. I still laugh at the justice they received.

They are? It's been stated Nikki Breach is on private land. However they are violating height restrictions, but no one is addressing that issue, including building over 80 meters and on steep grades.

Wonder if they got the ocean moved a few hundred meters west like Eva resort in Rawaii ?
