Buying online and joining website that need a Visa/Mastercard Verification

I have only got a SCB debit card that I cant use online, I am in the process of opening a Bangkok Bank a/c so I can try and get the Best card that I think I can use online, but I am waiting on documents to open that.

In the mean time I applied for the payoneer card online but I am waiting for approval.

I there any other cards like payoneer that I could apply for?

Or any other methods I could use to verified my google adword account etc? or verified Pay pal account?

Gameboy, you might want to check out entropay. I do know that some sites will not accept them. I've used them for my wife.
