Looking to rent a house in Loei

Featured Replies

Hi, I am moving to Loei in the near future and am looking to rent a 2 or 3 bedroom house with a garden for my dogs. If anyone knows of a property I would be grateful if you could let me know.

Also anyone living there at the moment, how is life living in or around Muang Loei? Any comments gratefully received

What is the time frame for you to move there? Do you want to live in the town proper?

For me the country life is great. Wang Saphung is 20 Km away. A much smaller town with many conveniences. A mini Tesco, pharmacies, banks, etc. There is a house for sale about 7-8 Km east of there. It has been for sale for a while.

It is a very slow life in this area. If you are looking for nightlife, I'd say you are out of luck. There are some very nice parks and such to visit. It is one of the cooler places in Isan. They had frost last cold season in a few areas.

I live about 35 Km east of Wang Saphung but I go to the bigger Tesco in Loei a couple times a month.

Thanks for your reply . Yes I know not much night life in Loei, but that suit me. Sounds like you live somewhere between Erawan and Na Wang. Ideally i would like to be just outside the city. My girlfriend lives in a small village 7 k out of town, but no houses to rent near her. She has a 6 year old son, so schools are an important factor for us.

For me, one of the main reasons for wanting Loei is the surrounding countryside. Its so beautiful after living in Nongkhai where there are no mountains, and the highest point is the multistory car park at Tesco Lotus !!

Thanks again for your reply.
