Wet and windy it sure is.

Was sitting eating breakfast at beach and talking about koh phangan must have a lot of rain because we couldnt see any of the island from maenam beach and minutes later our breakfast almost blew off the table.

Storm came from the West. Menam faces North. Imagine how it is on the beach facing West. In the wet years, in the 90's, it was like that all the time, nonstop one rolling storm after the other. Day and nighttime, for weeks, in some years for months.
