In (members) is the users local time set when joining the forum, or say i moved to a new time zone and logged on would the time change. ?

The default setting for this board is Bangkok Time (GMT+7).

You can set the desired time zone in your forum Control Panel here:

I would say 99% .

Sometimes it makes communication of understanding better,knowing where the person is located.

I think most people being member of a Forum prefer to be anonymous both in terms of real name and location. Big Brother may be watching you!
