So the brother in law has moved down from BKK to extend his recycling buisiness ( small but growing ) .

If anyone knows anyone / company that wishes to sell plastic for recycling please let me know and I can pass the details on to him.

How much is he paying for a kilo? There are lots of places in Phuket that buy plastic, glass, paper, etc.

Here are a couple that I remember in Phuket Town:

Our hotel staff have agreements with local recyclers who come and collect, weigh and pay every couple of months. The money is then put into a central bank account which is used for social payments in case of difficulties amongst staff.

The price your BIL is prepared to pay will be all important..... as will be finding new clients in an already busy ( if not to capacity) market.

Hes been doing this now for 6 or 7 years allready so knows the industry well.

Just thought Id post it here to see if I could help him wirh any foreign contacts.

So let me know , out of interest hes pretty sure he can make a higher bid per kilo than the fuys here as he is buying direct whereas some of the guys here sell to him in BKK
