Thankyou very much and yes it is very time consuming. I may be paying the price of sitting down for a large part of the day with problems starting to worry with regards to my legs that could be a circulation problem.

You're not the only one with leg problems Ron, I found out this afternoon, I have Gouty in my left ankle! ^
