Moving to Thailand from USA, Need Health Coverage

I'm planning a long-term move from the USA to Thailand.

Going to need health insurance.

I've looked into travel insurance plans, such as IMG Global.

I'm actually moving to a Buddhist monastery in Ubon Rachathani.

Do you know of any psychiatric hospitals in Ubon Rachathani which would accept travel insurance?

Pretty much all the travel insurance plans, youwill have to pay up front and be reimbursed, Thai hosps will not have a direct billing arrangment with the insurer.

And all travel policies that I am aware of exclude pre-existing conditions
