I know it is on there as some VCD's open the program and play.. but I can't seem to find the .exe file anywhere.. Crossy Posted June 29, 2006 Share Posted June 29, 2006 Mine was installed with the K-Lite Codec Pack and is located here:- "C:\Program Files\K-Lite Codec Pack\Media Player Classic\mplayerc.exe" You may also like the VLC Media Player from http://www.videolan.org plays almost anything Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If just the executable, then it could be anywhere... since the install is just a compressed file with the single mplayerc.exe executable, with no default install directory. It's still in windows XP.Start->Run myplayer2.exe This multimedia DirectShow player looks like the old Windows Media Player 6.4, but has a lot more... It's a freeware replacement for the bloated Windows Media Player 7+, keeping the slim look interface of Media Player 6.4 with much more features.
