I would like to offer the following information to anyone who may require of legal assistance for purchasing land or housing. We engaged a Mr. Bordin Kongjun awhile back to assist us after a rather unpleasant situation with K. P. Reality on the Island of Koh Phangan. Not only was Mr. Kongjun able to resolve this situation amicable manner - he was also able to obtain a 450,000 Baht remittance from this company as damages.

We have since employed Mr. Kongjun to process title search and purchase our present land. This was done with a minimum of expense and I might add in a very professional manner – one totally acceptable to western standards.

Please contact Mr. Bordin Kongjun at 013153437 – his English is good – however I would recommend an interpreter for all negotiations.
