Lactose free milk in Bangkok - whre to buy?

Featured Replies

Hey all, where in BKK can I buy lactose-free cows milk? ideally full fat. Not looking for alternatives (soy, rice, etc) - they taste awful - would rather go without quite frankly. Also not looking for Lactaid (or other brand) tablets.

I'm chronically lactose-intolerant and regularly in BKK for work. To date have done without my daily fix of cows milk (for cereal, coffee, smoothie, etc).

Apologies if this is a duplicate thread. I found a simplar topic but archived a couple of years ago.

cheers...

Well that was quick. I emailed both Gourmet & Villa markets. Gourmet Market (Siam Paragon) replied within an hour saying they stock Liddels Lactose Free milk :-) they even promised to hold a couple of litres if I email them a few days in advance of arrival in Bkk.

Woo hoo!
