Wife just finished her form onlin and when she come to fill her baby's application the " your registration has been unsuccessful, please contact Uk BAIG.SERVICE INTEGRATION@FCC....

Do anyone please guide us to what has happened here....?.

Will she need to register new account with visa4uk for the babys name and new email account?

Sorry, wrote the above in a rush, as im in Uk, wife in Thailand online ...pulling her hair out with panic
