Is there a Post Office at Suvarnabhumi that deals with excess baggage? Are they open around the clock?

Do they have the same fees as Post Offices elsewhere in Thailand or are they steeper?

Or to open the question further, any good alternatives for excess baggage?

Post office is up on the 6th floor, take the escalators or lift.
