Eye Lid Surgery

Featured Replies

Is there anyone who has experienced an surgery of upper and lower eyelid correction.

I was planning to do so at Yanhee Hospital.

It would be nice to hear any remarks on this subject.

Interesting.............Never heard of this hospital.

I had my surgery done in Samitivej Hospital in Sukhumvit, Bangkok.

Good doctors and excellent private hospital.

Of course, depends on your budget too...........

I have been to Yanhee hospital recently for some prescription of insomia medicine (sleeping pills). It appears that most patients in this hospital are middle-class Thais, certainly nothing like Bumrungrad. Only one staff person per station speak acceptable english (unlike Bumrungrad where everybody speak acceptable english). However, all doctors @ Yanhee speak acceptable english.

I compared the price of Yanhee and Bumrungrad, and found they are similar. The doctor visit+medine cost me 870 baht at Yanhee two weeks ago, and 1050 baht at Bumrangrad two months ago. I stayed in BKK, and a taxi ride across the Chaopraya river to Yanhee cost me 75 baht one way. where I could just take BTS to Bumrangrad for 30 baht one way.
