Good lawyer in Ubon for company set-up.

Featured Replies

I have recently moved to Ubon where I plan to stay for some time.

After searching the web, I haven't found any lawyer that can help with company set-up.

Can anybody recommend one?

Preferably an english speaking one if possible.

Thanks.

You may like to try a company called Software Accounting. They are located directly opposite The Pizza Company on Chaiyangkhun Road just before the traffic lights. Khun Jin is the owner and speaks a little English.

If you not happy there I have used Sunbelt Asia in Bkk for the past 8 years. They handled all my company documents (and there are alot of documents involved) work permit and visa etc for me. Good luck

I'd reckon to get in touch with Mr. Prapat Ekabut. He's got his office in Ubon and please feel free to make an appointment with him. Haven't met such an honest lawyer before and he's fully trustworthy, speaks good English and he's not a rip of.

You can reach him under; 0810599359

He's very familiar with all sorts of company registrations, does translations and I couldn't think of a better lawyer.

   Best of luck.

Did something happen to Andy in Phuket?

Hehe, just got tired of Phuket after 10 years and wanted a change. So far I love it here.

Thanks for the info. Will contact him.
