You also have Thai PP offices in Korat and Ubon. As said google for address. My wife just renewed hers in Ubon. 1000 baht for pp and 40 baht for ems service. 5 day turn around and it was delivered at our house.

They have one in Udon too

What took her so long?  My wife took only 10 minutes.. and it was a 5 day delivery.

3 years ago the ubon at the ubon office. Started to fill out form, she was called, officer finished form for her. In and out under 10 minutes. These people are quick.
