Possibly one of the most inept transport systems in any major world city. I do shudder when I recall some of the regular chaos I would encounter on the Vistoria Line.

What happened to that pal of Ken's who was getting 2 million a year to 'sort out' the underground?

The Stockholm tube is pretty hopeless too. It snows EVERY year in Stockholm, and yet, EVERY year during the first snow, the trains are late.
