Possible to rent a nice condo for 15-20.000 a month ?

Been planning to move to Bangkok for a while now, I'm not that familiar with the city, although I've been there many times. I think i must have easy access to the sky train, which I find very convenient. A condo with a pool where I can swim my lengths every day is important, Is it realistic to have these

 "demands" for the prize I want to pay? I,m single.

There are over 700 units to rent for less than 20k a month here http://asiapropertyworld.com/thai-properties/condo-apartment-for-rent-bangkok but no idea how many are close to a BTS station.

It is always about the location........always.  Large, luxury condos away from the MRT and BTS lines are often dirt cheap.  Studio apartments on lower Sukhumvit often run 30,000 or more.
