This morning Pranee surprised me with something new with her noodles. Never saw it, never tasted it before, but it just tasted GREAT ! !

With all the veggies, its just got to be healthy. Even made me think about jogging,,,,,, but I got rid of that thought quickly enough....

So Noo, that we don't have a name for it yet...... maybe open to suggestions on that....

 

Anyhow....... starts of with a base of Pranee's Homemade Shan Noodles [now known round the world as my sister knows about them and she is in the US].

 

Topped with stir fried mix veggies and her special flavoring. Veggies ='s Cauliflower, Carrot, Onion, Green Beans, Baby Corn, Tomato, Green Pepper, Spring Onion,....... mixed with Cashew Nuts, and then further topped with chopped and fried German Sausage links . Believe me its a full meal.

 

This dish is 95 baht, meal only.

But then what would you guys have to talk about.  Trust me, before I enter them in the interstellar, intergalactic , interdimensional photo competition, I promise to get a camera suitable to all the on board photo critics.  Of course when you come by and try our food, bring your Hasselblad  , take a few pics and make a post for the Pun Pun.........buuuurrrrrupppppppp

Looks good. If she hasn't added too much salt or MSG, I'll definitely give it a try.
