This will turn into a prince, but what is his name now?

This little fellow was found in the garden of a friend. He (or she??) looks great, but until now nobody knew what species it is. Any Frogologists around here? The size is a bit more than 1 centimeter.

Not sure of the name but we've had a lot of them in our garden near the fish ponds over the years, the other half found one on a Buddha statue whilst doing the yearly cleaning, obviously some numbers where somehow derived from it and a lottery ticket was purchased...
