Is it worth importing them from say China?

Well any kind of fabric will do, but I'm not prepared to pay for leather and it needs to be easy to clean. But thanks for your reply.

Since you are buying in bulks, why not ask for tender offer from the furniture manufacturer or shop. This is how my friend did for his new office setup; in the end, he got the best offer with after sell service for all his office setup.
