Anyone Tried It?

The Samsung Specs show 64 GB maximum.

But SanDisk has a 128 GB memory card.

So, I saw these guys on the internet who said it will be OK.

Anyone here tried it?

I already placed the order with a Thailand supplier.

But, well, who knows, you know?

Any good input welcome.

I should receive it in 1 to 4 days, they say.

But now it is a Sunday morning.

Anyone know anything about this card in the Phablet?

Also, I purchased the Extreme memory card, with a read rate of 45MB/second.

Assuming that the above list of acceptable devices is accurate, then there will be no problem.

Time will tell in this case since the memory card arrives from Amazon the 17th of September, if the force is with it.

And it is interesting to note that this memory card which is about the volume of a collar button is worth about USD160, including shipping.

So this means it is more expensive than gold, but probably a lot cheaper than well cut diamonds.

The only advantage here is that with diamonds you have the blood diamonds, and with the memory card you have the plaque in the memory, or dementia.

Spilled Blood and Dementia are never good.

Well then, just to provide an update here:

1, I was just notified by Amazon USA that the SanDisk is in the country here.

2. I guess it just arrived, and then they need to get it through customs, I guess.

3. When it is delivered to me, I will try to figure out how to install it without breaking the phone.

4. Then, I will immediately report to you if the full 128 Gigabytes is readable, or not.

5. I have some doubts, of course.

6. And, also, let us hope they did not send me a fake.

7. This particular card can provide read write speeds up to 45MB per second. That should be fast enough for HD video.

8. I guess this the last memory thingy I will need, since there are no more slots in the phone. If there were, I could have a total of about 300 Gigabytes or a third of a terabyte, which is astounding when you consider it, that you have a third of a terabyte in your pocket, next to your thing, which makes it seem diminished, in a way. Not that my GF will notice, I suppose.

So....I will let you know soon if this is a failure or not.

They sent me the Extreme instead of the micro ultra, when I had thought they were going to send a micro Extreme.

Apparently the fastest 128 micro is the ultra.

So now, I have this Extreme over here in Thailand, and I don't know what to do with it.

I already ordered the micro 128 GB earlier today.

So....

Anyone have a camera or moving picture camera who wants a big memory card?

I can sell it for about 140 USD, but, I will not send it anywhere.

And, I am just selling it for what I was charged by Amazon.

And, don't worry...

When I get the micro 128, I will let you know if it works on the Note 3...
