I believe Yanhee weight loss clinic does as well. (It's here under different brand names, not Adipex but rather Panbesy, Duromine etc).

It's a controlled drug so must be gotten at a hospital.

Its controlled for very good reason as careful physical assessment needed to ensure you can safely use it, so while there are likely other places which have it as well I would encourage sticking to solid hospitals. And be sure to read up on contraindications and side effects.
