i would like to know, if it's possible to get a work permit to teach in a government school while studying a degree in Thailand.

Depends on your visa and the extension. If your visa is an Ed visa, then no. My suggestion would be to change to a Non B if you get a job.

In general, you can study while working but you can't work while studying.
