using Thai P.O. EMS C.O.D. how long to collect the funds once delivered ?

I'd appreciate knowing if you have used C.O.D. via the Thai P.O. EMS to send a parcel outside Bangkok, and how long it took for the funds collected to become available to you once the receiver had paid the amount due.
