computer tech in Chiang Mai who loves to build systems ?

Featured Replies

Sawasdee Khrup, TV CM Friends,

I bet some of you know a computer tech who really loves to build systems with high-end components !

Recently I acquired some high-end (latest version) computer (PC) components from expats leaving Chiang Mai.

In the past. I've always built my own systems from scratch, but, this meat-package is older now, vision is weaker, large hands make work more difficult with a Micro-ATX motherboard in a deep CoolerMaster HAF 912 Advanced case.

I've done the grunt work of cleaning the CPU and cooler mounting plate, applying thermal paste, mounting the CPU and cooler.

But, I've decided, given the complexity/physical-depth of the CoolerMaster HAF 912 case, and my limitations, that I'd like to hire someone to complete the build for me, and get the system to the point it posts into the BIOS.

I'd appreciate your recommendations on a local computer tech, by PM, or here on the forum, who has built a system for you, and is willing/able to build a system from already purchased parts.

thanks !

JIB in Pantip has great techs & if you buy from them no charge even for a full build.

I build myself but when they offered on my latest build I said sure

Looked over their work & it was top notch.

Even though you have your parts I bet they install for a small fee

Sawasdee Khrup, Khun Mania,

Thanks for your prompt response !

The leaving-CM expat who sold me the motherboard (Asus H97M-Pro4) purchased it at JIB (not sure which of their stores though). So, that's a logical place to check on what they'd charge to finish out my build and get the system to the place it posts (runs the BIOS), at which point I'll take it from there into Windows-and-Driver-Land.

The other place recommended, in recent years, on previous posts on this forum is the techs at Chi Chang in Chiang Mai Land.

cheers, ~o:37;

There is a Chiang Mai computer club that you might want to contact. They meet every Tuesday at 1pm at the Airport Greenery Apts restaurant. Surely someone there could do it.
