There are Aquarium shops in Kamtein Market behind Tesco/Lotus

off the superhighway, one shop Shogun Koi has a lot of aquatic plants,

do you have a system that would support growing plants,is it aquarium

or pond you are going to put the in?, if aquarium you need plenty of

light,fertilizers,and ideally a CO2 system,if for pond ,don't put koi in

with them, they will eat the lot and make a mess.

We have duckweed. i got it from the klong in the moobaan. I scooped up a cup's worth and it has multiplied like crazy over the last couple of months.

If you can't find it, send me a PM and you can come and collect some here in the moobaan. But it grows literally everywhere so I suspect you can find it within 5 minutes of your home.

If you want it to put in a pond ,be careful it multiplies so fast, forgot to check one

pool for couple of days and it had created a solid mass on the surface, oxygen

exchange was not possible and lost a lot of red Swordtails, any excess of the

weed i feed to the Koi,they seem to enjoy it.

Best not to put fertilizer in the water for your plants. It not only grows the plants but also unwanted algae. As mentioned, you might not want duckweed. You will be constantly removing some due to excess growth.

Good day In the UK I grow Duck weed in a separate container & feed a little to Goldfish in a tank.

(Grown in water from gold fish tank)

. No problem with:

a Eating to much or

b Weed growing to quick.
