Suzuki bike shop other than Chotana road shop

Featured Replies

Does anyone know of a mechanic or bike shop in Chiang Mai that can order a Suzuki part and do basic repair work?

Specifically, I need a new fuel-cock, sometimes called petcock (I know, funny name), part number 44300-09G00-000. I've given up on getting the part and work at the Chotana Suzuki shop; I've tried for two months, first the mechanic couldn't find the part, then the mechanic wasn't available, now nobody returns a phone call.

This is a common part used on the Suzuki Raider and Smash, it's in an accessible location, and I've read that the equivalent from a Honda Wave will work on the Raider, but I'd prefer to stick with Suzuki parts. The one on my bike now doesn't give even fuel flow, resulting in a lot of noise and backfires.

Any suggestions? I think any competent and reliable mechanic who can order Suzuki parts can do the job. Failing this, does anyone know where I can buy Suzuki parts in Chiang Mai?

Try the police station with all the broken bikes outside i am sure you could take the part off for a few $$$$$$$$.
