Hi Lady's and Gentlemen

I was wondering if someone could tell me what the water to powder ratio is.It is the green sachet Electrolyte with Multivitamin.I want to use the whole sachet and I think it is 1 sachet to 250 mls of water.Could someone tell me if that is correct

If nobody knows really do not believe it makes any difference - water to your taste should be fine. Suspect any normal glass of water would be as close as most people would measure.

Making it too concentrated can be harmful.

Too weak won't matter much.

So if necessary just add water until it has just faint taste.

But surely it says somewhere on the packet how many cc to add it to?

Dissolve 1 sachet (25 grams of powder) in 250 ml of water
