Chatuchak or Yennakart better for walking to park/shops?

I've found Chatuchak great for both, with park closeby, but have opportunity to move to Yennakart?

Difficult to get much info online, only that it's about 20 mins walk to MRT (which I prefer to skytrain).

Would appreciate any info/tips re Yennkart if anyone is familiar with the area. Thanks!

Nice area for living, some restaurants, mixture of local and forgeigners. Lumpini park close, highway close, shopping malls close.. quite like it, I live not far from yenakkart myself. Would say that own transport is easy to have up and down the sois
