i know there are a few old chevy impalas in thailand... from the 6o's... ive seen pics on a local motor show site... but does anybody know how i find one to buy here? any contacts?

I've a friend with an old impala... restored it to show car condition, put in over a million baht and a couple of years work in the restore. I've seen it a few times and it's incredible, lots of extras like remote doors (no handles) and hydraulics, digital displays, etc. A real beauty if you're into that kind of stuff.

He prob won't wanna sell it cuz it's his baby, but for the right price maybe he'd consider.

He'll be at the racetrack at Klong 5 on the 29th showing off the car, if you wanna see it. I'll be there too with my 7-series, if anybody is interested... i'm thinking about buying a volvo c70 convertible instead...
