Very limited in scope where I am, especially given that as health professional, when I need to see a doctor it is almost always a specialist for something complex. Simpler things I can usually manage on my own.

To be honest, I know a good deal more than the young new graduates in the local provincial hospital so not much to gain from consulting them. This might be different for a lay person. But even then, unless one is lucky enough to leave near a regional hospital, the capabilities are very limited.
