Manual internet connection set up on D Link router?

Hello, Im hoping someone can help me.... I pay for a service each month which enables me to watch BBC, ITV, 4OD players and Netflix but in order to set it up I need to enter a Primary and Secondary DNS on the router. I am on the admin page for the D LINK router and there is no option to set it up manualy - only the set up wizard and even then I cant see fields for DNS where I can enter the numbers I have here.

Does anyone have any experience with this? I probably havent explained it very well as I am not too techie but basicly i just need to enter my own personal DNS numbers onto the router, and Im stuck!
