Hello. Who can recommend a condominium? I need good-lighted room in a silent area. Price must be lower 10000. Thank you!

You might want to try Nakornping Condo where I live you can get a nice furnished 40 sq. metre studio for around 8,000 baht or less if you bargain. You can walk or push bike(we do) to almost everything and Kad Suan Kaew Central shopping is a 5 minute walk away. It is fairly quiet but true quietness is something that Thailand lacks no matter where you live.

As elgordo38 pointed out quietness can be hard to find but rooms for less than 10,000 are not. We have over 500 condos for rent in Chang Mai listed here http://asiapropertyworld.com/thai-properties/condo-apartment-for-rent-chiang-mai and many of them are in your price range.

Good luck with your search smile.png

I forgot to write I looking for one month or maybe two months. Your site contains offers min 6 months, doesn’t it?

Yes - when renting a condo it is usually for a minimum of 6 months.

For a short stay of 1 or 2 months you would probably be better of staying in a serviced apartment and here are a few that have listed with us to give you an idea of prices and facilities http://asiapropertyworld.com/thai-properties/servapartment-for-rent-chiang-mai

There are many more all around Chiang Mai and you will be able to find something you like but if you are going to be staying over New Year then it would be sensible to book sooner rather than later because they can fill up over the holiday period. Another alternative worth considering is a guest house many of which offer a discounted rate for a monthly stay.

One or two months -- you should be searching for "serviced apartments" not condos. That being said, try "The Dome", which is near Nakorn Ping. Another option is Viangbua Mansion near Tanin market.
