I liked the Beef Steaks at Sizzler, but the prices are way too expensive.

The Barbican was a good place for that but it's closed now.

OP, if you seriously think that a good Sizzler is too expensive maybe you are going to be disappointed. Try Mizu's in Patpong 1, its been there for 30 odd years and has a very good reputation locally. Don't wear your best shirt though. Old Mr Patpong, the late patriarch of the family that owns the Patpong area used to dine there every day.
