I called the Embassy in London a couple of months ago and spoke to a Thai lady who was very helpful. I obviously live in a parallel universe.

Oddly enough, so did I with the same result, however a friend called them last week and they were apparently somewhat dismissive.

He did, however, get his Double Entry TV - application sent on the Monday, PP received back on the Friday.

Change of staff? Overworked? TIT?? Who knows!
