I always thought a small bike would be best in BKK traffic, but you just need good skills like this guy.

It was a timed event and doing it on one the the largest motorcycles (Harley) wasn't afraid to scrape the floorboards, I think he done it in 1 gear, don't remeber hearing a tranny shift. i was most impressed with the seceedion(?) of figure 8"s.

Best gear to do that sort of thing in is 2nd. 1st is a bit too switchy. I did mine on a Honda ST1300.

in Thailand I think a 12 year old would give him a run for his money and that is with 3 of his class mates sitting behind him. great video, I assume he was the winner

Looks like a normal gymkhana event to me. In a video looks hard to do but it is easy to do after some practice and time.

a 12 yr old thai kid could not hold up the weight of a harley (talking apples for apples) and yes it would take 3 of his buddies just to hold it up. remember that is alot of wieght being thrown side to side. takes alot of upper body strenght to flip them bars bars back and forth, of course a lighter bike can do it more easily.
