· Prove it

· There's no proof

· Show me the proof

· Why no proof

· Interesting there's no proof to support that claim

· No proof just another conspiracy theory

Again a lazy way out of dealing with whats staring you in the face.

In your relentless support of the RTP investigation and Thai Judicial system, the only proof that would suit you is that which comes from them, any other is immediately classified as a conspiracy theory.

Here's an example: In the Nomsod video in the condo in Bangkok, they say there's no proof that the furniture was moved well before the 15th Sept which would thus prove the video was faked by adjusting the time stamp.

What would constitute as proof to you for this?

What is out there at the moment are statements made by people who live in the condo to confirm the furniture was moved 3 weeks before the 15th Sept, also a separate video to confirm this.

And yet this does not constitute proof even in my eyes, but what it does constitute is that this is a high priority lead not a conspiracy theory that needs investigating to discount or prove either way. But who’s going to investigate it??

The RTP have already stated the case is closed and even if they said they have already investigated it, who on earth can believe that given their track record in the case. In their own admission there are so many contradicting statements

They’ve already made it clear that the son is clear via the DNA spectacular show performed in Bangkok to the crowd of photo snapping journalists & media.

It’s the same with all the other leads and there are many that I won’t go into here as the post would be to lengthy but they do include statements made from Nomsods uni friends claiming he had bruises on him and did not attend classes on the morning of the 15th, how can they be proved if they are not being investigated?

Or the other crew such as shark tooth ring man and his gang, who are all much more likely to be involved than the son and there are pics of one of them next to Hannah in the AC bar!

The case is closed remember according to the trusted RTP

Plenty of leads are there, obvious ones that should be investigated and because they are not, this leads to the growing sentiment of a complete cover up and the growing international concern and criticism of the investigation led by the UK, Burma and respected International Human Rights Groups.

Its up to the RTP now to prove to the world that this is not a cover up.

Doubtful as they can’t even be bothered to meet with the Human Rights Commission to answer the allegations of torture, oh wait meeting set for the 29th Dec, how convenient for them.

No.

What is out there is a claim on a conspiracy theory website that the furniture was changed. Not one single article on Thai or foreign press to confirm the claim.

Same goes for the claim he was not in class

There is a reason people want actual confirmation from a credible source and not just stuff from csila.

the furniture removal has been confirmed by hundreds of posters from BKK

what hasn't happened, is ONE libe human being to swear Nomsod was there,

not one

calling the CSI LA wesbite a conspiracy theory website, when he has 400,000 followers, mostly Thai, who disagree with you, makes you look quite dishonest,

in light of the reality that,

not bad for a guy with zero credibility,

Another new conspiracy theory! This time that a Thai invited to a nominal function of a consulate was for formal recognition.

If you want to claim the absurd, this site which has far more than 400k followers over time ; takes the position that csila is not a credible source.

RTP club claim CSI as a conspiracy website.

Aside from the Koh Tao case they have also been responsible for finding missing persons.....fact

Identified and tracked a driver who killed innocent people, that led to his arrest.....fact

And the 400,000 followers pales into insignificance to the actual people who read it that runs into the millions. Here's the reach statistics taken on Oct 9th, the last one they uploaded. I would imagine its far higher now.

Not every lead or theory they put out there is credible, far from it, but some most certainly are.

A couple of interesting quotes from the latest article in the Guardian:

"Just about everyone on Koh Tao insists visitors are safe, but many also agree, quietly, that the Burmese migrant workers arrested for the murders are innocent – meaning the real killer or killers remain at large."

and

"Nonetheless, there is real fear. Several islanders who believe they know who killed Witheridge and Miller have fled. Those who remain stay silent, for good reason, according to the woman: “If you speak out you’ll suddenly find the landlord of your business doesn’t want to know [you] anymore, or you can’t get a visa. Very occasionally, people disappear.”

The belief that the Burmese migrant workers arrested for the murders are innocent was conveyed to me by a Thai girl I met in the U.K. a couple of weeks back whose boyfriend owns a resort on KT (a better class of resort not on Sairee beach).

From The Nation..any news on the mentioned photo... ???

A British witness had taken a photo of two men pestering the female victim not long before she was raped and murdered. He went to her assistance. One of the two troublemakers identified by the British witness and appearing in the photo is the bar manager. He is the bar owner's brother or nephew.

http://www.nationmultimedia.com/opinion/What-about-bar-manager-accused-of-harassing-victim-30246806.html

A reminder about how and why Thai officialdom is doing all they can to pretend nothing at all happened in the bar that night. It's as though, it was a 5 hour twilight zone. It's like the Wizard of Oz, at the end of that movie, telling the traveling rabble, "pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!"

No. What is out there is a claim on a conspiracy theory website that the furniture was changed. Not one single article on Thai or foreign press to confirm the claim. Same goes for the claim he was not in class

There is a reason people want actual confirmation from a credible source and not just stuff from csila.

You're like Holland's Hans Brinker putting his finger in the dike, trying to stop it from being breached and flooding the Netherlands. Except there are 300 holes in the dike (of officials' cover-up, frame-up, shielding of headman's people). It's good you're spooked by the issue of furniture being in the video. It shows you're seriously worried that bit of evidence will finally blow the cover off of Nomsod's flimsy and amateurish alibi.

Jdinasia should also be spooked about the planted evidence trail (such as Hanna's phone, etc), because those items are also as flimsy as wet toilet paper, and can be dashed to smithereens by any court with a modicum of objectivity.

@SteveFong "the Thai Embassy in LA sent him a formal invitation to a high soceity gala, in Beverly Hills, in order that they may thank him for the work he has been doing,"

---------------------------------------------

From what I understand this was an invitation to a reception at a country club to celebrate the Kings Birthday and the National Day of Thailand and I imagine other people from the Thai community were also invited. I really don't understand why they would want to thank him when not long ago they were trying to have his face page shut down.

Presenting conspiracy theories such as the 120 million baht bribes, the transfer due to a conspiracy , etc etc

And not once asking the questions posed by the conspiracy theorists such as the furniture makes it nothing more than a conspiracy theorist site.

I am hoping for a trial with a vigorous defense for the accused.

Speculation regarding the evidence against the 2 Burmese men accused of being the killers, should be cleared up then.

However, I am far from spooked by the issue of the furniture. It is clear that the furniture was there after the crime.

I am hoping for a trial with a vigorous defense for the accused.

Speculation regarding the evidence against the 2 Burmese men accused of being the killers, should be cleared up then.

However, I am far from spooked by the issue of the furniture. It is clear that the furniture was there after the crime.

There’s not going to be a trial, they’ll throw the towel in before it gets there

That would be a shame because I think most of us would like to know the evidence the police for the case have and how perfect this case just was. But then, maybe that's why they wouldn't want it to go to trial!

Careful, pointing out that fact will make you quite unpopular here !

I'm not up for a popularity contest...just facts. At times I believe a lot get's lost in translation. Steve may be thinking they might thank him for his rotary work. IDK. There are some interesting discussions going on there...most I do not understand as I don't read Thai. However, I have found over time that the fellow running it seems to be becoming a legend in his own mind. He may have good intentions but perhaps he should become a detective or go to law school if he feels he wants to become involved in solving cases. MOO

Absolutely right. The lack of proof the RTP have is confirmed by the prosecutors.

You realize you are not quoting news, right?

It is an opinion piece and clearly marked as such.

While I often disagree with your conclusions, you generally argue pretty logically. Here, though, your attempt to dismiss the piece is fatuous. Yes, some opinions are expressed, but the article is mostly a resume of the facts that lead the author to express those opinions.

If I say "I disagree with the death penalty because it sometimes results in innocent people being executed", you can hold a contrary opinion. However, you cannot say that innocent people do not get executed because I express an opinion negative to the death penalty.
