Jonmarleesco
From the headline, I thought there was a run on pregnant foreign women attempting suicide.
Baerboxer
Having worked in Thailand, 80% Thai men are not worthy of being married. I'll just leave it at that. Wow - what sort of job did you have to bring you into contact with all Thai males, and establish the attitude towards marriage of 80%?
shaggy851
Very common among thai men shirking their responsibilities. The amount women that fall pregnant and the man runs for the hills is staggering. Usually forces the women down to the city for work and leaves the family to take care of the kid. Take it seriously man up somchais
Lex Talionis
This is a very moving image: It vividly shows not only the innate compassion of Thai women but also the distress & despair of this poor woman, pregnant and abandoned by her husband. Sadly an all too common story over here. My heart goes out to her. For her and her children, hopefully a better husband/father will come along and soon.
joepattaya1961
Please keep in mind that in the eyes of a Buddhist ending a life will be the start of another, better life. Ending your life as a Buddhist is as dreadful as ending a life of any other religion, but knowing that your next life will be better is often a trigger. Thats the sort of headline grabber that would have most likely been included if true.

Did you even bother reading the news article: Miss Nok had come to Pattaya looking for her Husband, a Thai National from Nakhon Pathom Province, Khun Kamonchai, who had come to the area to work in Laem Chabang.
