Where I live, it's traditional to slaughter a cow and use the blood in a dirt floor mixture. It's binds the mixture together and adds a glossy finish.

But eating raw beef? That's gay and French...

Its actually the same number of "cows per sq meter" whether you want to do the whole house, half the house or just one room.

It makes a very cool looking floor.
