Booking CNX to Mandalay flights

Featured Replies

Are there any direct flights now from Chiang Mai to Mandalay?

Bangkok Air have some, but any more?

MandalayAir and Asian Wings should have some but I cannot see it on their websites, nor find a number in thailand to call

So, any websites or Offices I can actually buy a ticket?

look up AirAsia. They fly in there. but it's under Myanmar (the old army name) not Burma.

BA is British Airways. Bangkok Air is PG.

The OP would have known what I was referring to.

Sorry if it confused you. wai.gif

Airasia Zest- a new philippine acquisition- have bagged seats for the route, but they havent got the go ahead from thailand yet so they only fly BKK-Mandalay and CNX-Rangoon currently

do you need a bkk issued myanmar visa before hand or is there some place in cnx to get it or no myanmar visa needed now?

that would depend on what kind of passport you have

You can get a visa from certain travel agents here in town priced at 2,000baht. E visas are now available for flights into Mandalay and Yangon + maybe others but not for land crossing.
