My friend flew from Canada intending to stay less than 30 days. He would now like to stay up to 6 months. Is this possible and if so how would he go about it? Thankyou.

He can go to Laos and get a 2 entry tourist visa that would give him about 6 months of total stay.

Each entry is for 60 days that can be extend for 30 days at immigration.

    No changes for tourist visas. Just visa exempt entries has been restricted,
