I dont like kim k, but u idiots really think a thai orphanage is better than a mansion in california? Also kanye has an awesome place in france. The medical care and the education she would get would be world class. Though i hate kim... U guys are dumber than her.

If the adoption attempt was real, this girl will have some serious regrets in a few years....

complete and utter garbage, totaly fake as they try to create these 'real' situations that are improvised, all those freken 'reality' tv shows are an insult to the audiences intelligence.. what annoys me is the constant insistence that it is in fact 'real' which is balloney.. no doubt that kim simply wanted this non-english speaking thai to serve as an ornament to the show as they invent all these stupid fake scenario's for the innocent little '3rd world' girl to fake all sorts of silly antics.

never actually watched the show - is it complete garbage ? or worth a look

Yes , this is very old news was out months ago. she wants to be like Madonna and jolie, have one of each colour, typical of them celebrity nobodies and their money see it like it buy it.
