I'll second this one if you cannot get to one of the hospitals Phuket town way. The doctor has been there so long they named the soi after him !

I use the Patong Hospital. Just make sure to say "I don't want to see the doctor." but just get the test results. You can specify, what you want to have tested, like blood sugar and HbA1c only.

Not Patong.. but last week I had a bunch of tests done at Anda Lab & Xray (Phuket Town near Merlin Hotel).

BMI, CBC, Glucose, Chol,Tg,HDL,LDL, ALT,AIL, creatine, Uric acid, Urine exam, chest xray etc total package price was 990Baht

I picked up a price list if there was some specific test you wanted I can look on the list for you, the do a few different packages or just pay for what you need.
